Delivery & Returns
Dispatch
- When in stock your order will be shipped within 3 business days of placing your order.
- Made-to-order items will be taken in to production the first business day after placing your order.
- Within the Netherlands, orders from € 75 are free of shipping costs.
- Orders are generally shipped by Dutch Post Service Postnl.
Depending on their size, ART Prints are shipped in a hard carton envelope or poster tube.
Headdresses, fascinators and headpieces will be delivered in a hard cover hat case.
All other items like accessories, jewellery or clothing will be delivered in appropriate packaging.
Returns or order cancellation
If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, you can return your purchase within 14 days of purchase. If an item is returned undamaged and unworn in its original condition, your money will be refunded within a few days. Discounted items and products made especially for you cannot be returned.
The following items cannot be returned or exchanged
Due to the nature of these items, unless they are damaged upon delivery, I cannot accept returns from:
- Made-to-order items
- Custom made and personalized orders
- Digital downloads
- Earrings, hair accessories and headdresses (for health/hygiene reasons)
- Sale items
Return procedure
Before returning the order, send an email to info@ingeborgsteenhorst.com stating the order number in the subject of the email. Indicate in this e-mail which goods you want to return and, if necessary, to which account number an amount must be refunded.
The costs for return shipments are for the account of the customer, unless Ingeborg Steenhorst Art & Photography has sent the wrong products or if the goods have been delivered damaged. A return shipment must be properly packaged (preferably in original packaging) and sufficiently stamped.
Right of withdrawal
According to EU Law European customers have the right to cancel a purchase within 14 days. To do so, simply send me an e-mail with your payment details (name, shipping address and item description). In case your order is already shipped: You simply refuse the delivery of your order. In that case, your order will be returned and I will proceed a refund. It might be that the courier is charging you a fee for refusal. Ingeborg Steenhorst Art Photography cannot be hold responsible for the payment of this fee. If you have already received your order, please contact me within 14 days after the delivery, prior to return your product.
